Overview of Position:
Reporting to the Madison Heights Team Lead you bring a passion for outside sales and developing new business; a commitment to customer service; and a results’ orientated personality. Your success will be limited only by your effort and your desire.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new business through warm and cold calls; utilizing current relationships and experiences along with research into cold customers to develop new relationships
- Build and expand relationships with current client base through active outside sales efforts while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between field staff, clients, and internal staff; ensuring the needs of all parties are consistently being met
- Qualify orders to meet customer needs and produce results
- Work with the Sales Manager on developing and executing a strong sales strategy while working with the recruiting team to deliver results
- Works with professionalism and integrity while interacting with internal and external clients
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of business development; outside sales experience required
- Able to multi-task, manage and prioritize your workload
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
- Manufacturing industry sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
