Job Description

Reporting to the President, you bring a passion for outside sales and a desire to build a customer base through integrity, exceptional service, and internal drive. You take pride in not only your success but the success of the team supporting you.

Responsibilities:

  • Working independently to develop new business, identify client needs and communicate these to internal recruiters
  • Working in a team with recruiting and support to fulfill client needs
  • Drive business growth through a strong commitment to clients and co-workers
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients based on professionalism, trust and mutual respect
  • Assist the recruiting team to help fill customer orders as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for outside sales
  • 1-2 years of business development and outside sales experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication (listening, written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and results orientated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Proficient with computers (MS Office and various other applications)
  • Able and willing to cross the USA and Canadian border preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required

Compensation Package includes:

  • Hourly Pay + commission
  • Benefits
