Reporting to the President, you bring a passion for outside sales and recruiting coupled with a desire to build a customer base through integrity, exceptional service, and internal drive. You take pride in not only your success but the success of the team supporting you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working independently to develop new business, identify client needs and communicate these to internal recruiters.
- Working as a recruiter, along with the team of recruiters to fulfill client needs through sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates.
- Drive business growth through a strong commitment to clients, candidates and co-workers.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates based on professionalism, trust and mutual respect.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A passion for outside sales
- 2 plus years of business development and outside sales experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles
- Excellent communication (listening, written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Driven and results orientated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Able and willing to cross the USA and Canadian border preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Hourly Pay + commission
