We are recruiting an experienced After Sales In Dealership Trainer to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.
NOTE:
- Remote
- 30 hours/week max, on a per course basis
- MUST be fluent in both English and French
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitating service drive process training in dealerships along with coaching individual employee on the proper customer treatment
- Performance improvement for dealership service
- Liaison between the corporation and dealership personnel
- Deliver training to over 200 Service Advisers and 50+ Service Managers at 50+ dealerships
- Deliver process training to designated dealerships
- Initiate performance improvement at the dealership level to positively impact customer advocacy
- Understand and effectively communicate Performance Academy content while displaying confidence in the curriculum
- Communicate training schedule and logistical requirements to maximize efficiency and minimize expense
- Thoroughly understand all corporate training programs, certification, corporate programs and market initiatives to effectively communicate to dealership personnel
- Support and partner with Business Center personnel on various initiatives to promote increased customer advocacy
- Act as a Liaison between corporate and dealership
- Adhere to all Corporate Process Guidelines regarding Business Expense and Travel Policy
- Represent company in a professional manner at all times
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be English and French bilingual in order to present courses in either language
- Must have in dealer experience
- Strong proficiency in Zoom meetings
- Experience with Adobe
- Ability to manage between various time zones
- Time-management skills
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $56.00/ hour - $60.00/ hour (depending on experience)
- Paid Benefits after 90 days (individual and family) – extended medical, out-of-country coverage, dental etc.
- Pension eligibility, with employer match, after 1 full year of work (open enrollment every October)
