Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Business Coordinator to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry. This role blends administrative support with analytical and technical responsibilities and requires strong communication skills supporting the Propulsion System Controls organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, track follow‑ups
  • Create and enhance presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Build and analyze datasets using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, visuals)
  • Collect and interpret operational data to support decision‑making
  • Coordinate cross‑functional work and maintain structured documentation
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Related post-secondary education
  • Sharepoint experience
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Kankur
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work onsite and support a global team
  • Organizational and problem‑solving abilities
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented
  • Experience supporting executives preferred
  • Prior operations or project coordination experience an asset

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • $31.00 / hour - $35.00 / hour (depending on experience)
  • Cost-sharing medical & dental benefits after 30 days
  • 401K plan after 90 days
