Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Inventory & Internal Control Manager to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead inventory accounting, financial controls, and related processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data
  • Oversee finance team functions including inventory reporting, payables, parts pricing, invoicing, and issue resolution (receipts, costing, billings, supplier invoices)
  • Supervise Cost Analysts and Pricing Analyst, managing journal entries, reconciliations, pricing updates, and dealer-related inquiries and corrections
  • Manage key programs and reporting including Dealer Parts Return program, monthly Inventory Report, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate internal controls and audit activities, approve financial transactions, and serve as business owner for systems, policies, and compliance initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, corporate finance or internal controls
  • Accounting, Internal Controls, Accounts Payable, Supervisory skills required
  • Experience in parts supply, logistics and inventory management an asset
  • High degree of motivation and strong work ethic with successful experience supervising teams while balancing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact positively and build relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Advanced technical and analytical skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP and ERP systems an asset

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • $35.00 / hour - $40.00 / hour (depending on experience)
  • Paid Benefits after 90 days (individual and family) – extended medical, out-of-country coverage, dental etc.
  • Pension eligibility, with employer match, after 1 full year of work (open enrollment every October)
