On behalf of our client, a custom machine build/integrator, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Automation Build Supervisor to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead digital production workflows using ePlan eVIEW and cloud redlining to manage real-time design updates and as-built changes
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, coordinating schedules and balancing workloads across electrical and mechanical builds
- Ensure all assemblies meet UL508A, ISO 13849-1, and internal quality and safety standards
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting during power-up, debugging, and commissioning of robotic cells and automation systems
- Oversee final inspections and collaborate with project teams and customers during buy-offs using digital twins and 3D layouts
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Required completion of a technical trade school program, apprenticeship, or military training in Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or Industrial Electricity
- 5+ years in the automation/robotics industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Certifications in ePlan or formal UL508A training
