Job Description

On behalf of our World Class Manufacturing client we are recruiting for a Product Quality Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage email and calendar, schedules meetings, and answers phones
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to:
    • ordering of departmental office supplies
    • Making travel arrangements
    • Generating departmental announcements and correspondence
    • Expense reports
    • Maintain vacation schedules
    • Mail distribution.
  • Creates presentations
  • Generates reports and handles multiple projects
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10 Years Experience Required
  • 12-15+ years preferred
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
  • Automotive (Tier 1) experience is preferred with a track record of reporting to senior level directors/executives
  • Solid G-Suite and Microsoft Office knowledge (Gmail, Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Visio)
  • Proactive personality and character demonstrating an ability to complete activities
  • Strong verbal, organizational, and people skills a MUST
  • Strong organizational logical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage many tasks and to prioritize appropriately
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
