Job Description

On behalf of our World Class Manufacturing client we are recruiting for a Catalog Specialist.

  • The Catalog Specialist maintains the accuracy of an online catalog for the preparation and maintenance of products and product lines
  • Researches and migrates product and brand data into the catalog system
  • Ensures accuracy of data through validation from multiple sources
  • Creates innovative written content for various part descriptions
  • Manages and merges visual content enhancing presentation
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and/or relative work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in data management / presentations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / migrating to G-Suite
  • Experience creating and manipulating data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Refined online research skills and online shopping experience
  • Team oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Extremely detail oriented, accurate and organized
  • Previous e-commerce experience and/or knowledge of automotive products, brands, and/or terminology
  • Prior knowledge and experience of the automotive industry
