Job Description

On behalf of our World Class Manufacturing client we are recruiting for a Dealer Agreement Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist regional managers, assigned to multiple business centers, with the implementation and management of the domestic Dealer Network
  • Act as a liaison between business centers and headquarters to ensure network activity packages are prepared accurately prior to regional manager approval
  • Assist in network tracking
  • Support multiple reporting functions as they relate to the domestic dealer network
  • Various special assignments as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented with a strong sense of business acumen
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 3+ months experience working in an automotive environment
  • Possess capability to understand and analyze legal documents
  • Retail dealership experience
