Job Description

On behalf of our World Class Manufacturing client we are currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages email and calendar, schedules meetings, and answers phones
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to:
    • Ordering of departmental office supplies
    • Travel arrangements
    • Departmental announcements
    • Correspondence
    • Expense reports
    • Vacation schedules
    • Mail distribution
  • Creates presentations, generates reports and handles multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and people skills required

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree, Bachelors’ Degree preferred
  • One to two years related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products and/or Lotus Notes
  • Fosters and maintains effective, collaborative relationships with the staff and community
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Initiative and the ability to solve problems independently
