Job Description

On behalf of our World Class Manufacturing client we are recruiting for a Administrative Assistant - Intermediate position.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages email and calendar, schedules meetings, and answers phones
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to: ordering of departmental office supplies, travel arrangements, departmental announcements, correspondence, expense reports, vacation schedules, and mail distribution
  • Creates presentations, generates reports and handles multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and people skills required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 10 Years’ Experience Required
  • 12-15+ years preferred
  • HS Required
  • Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
  • Automotive (Tier 1) experience is preferred with a track record of reporting to senior level directors/executives
  • MUST HAVE Solid Microsoft Office knowledge (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel & Visio) and Lotus Notes
  • Proactive personality and character demonstrating an ability to complete activities
  • Strong verbal, organizational, and people skills a MUST
  • Strong organizational logical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage many tasks and to prioritize appropriately
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
