Job Description

On behalf of our World Class Manufacturing client we are recruiting for a Business Analyst.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Knowledge of Windows operating system and hardware
  • Basic administration of a server including service packs and hot fixes
  • General knowledge of networking-IP, DNS, Load Balancing as well as the concepts of Availability, Scalability, and Maintainability, Internet Information Server (IIS) and the basic operation of websites, Application Pools, IIS Administration, the IIS Metabase, Ports, SSL Certifications (security certificates and wildcard certificates)
  • Microsoft SQL Server - Basic operation, tuning, SharePoint working knowledge of Central Administration, STSADM, and, the PowerShell administration modules
  • Extracting data from multiple systems, SAP, CSPS, Mainframe, and perform analysis for management
  • Create working reports for functional areas as well as provide Key Performance Indicator Reporting to management and International facilities
  • Responsible for a variety of analytical functions
  • Assist with the preparation of operating budgets plans, and analyze trends affecting budget needs
  • Assist in maintaining systems and processes
  • Provide reporting and analysis of actual results compared

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors of Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration of a Finance or Operations related field with Invoicing, PentaSAP (PSAP), Goods Receipt experience
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong people skills and an even stronger customer focus with a high drive to deliver
  • Must be capable of learning, understanding, and relating technical specifications for engineering equipment ordering
  • Able to successfully work with many different organizations and levels of employment (including technicians, bargaining unit employees, engineers, management, and executive management)
  • Ability to handle several different assignments simultaneously
  • Experience with basic PC software (especially, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project)
  • Business Degree with a focus in Finance is preferred
  • Experience with PentaSAP, Budget, Finance, Corporate Accounts Payable
  • May be required to drive a company car
  • Valid driver’s license is required as well as a clean driving record
