We are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Quality Auditor to join our team for a 6-week contract period.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilizing Quality checklists you will be evaluating production processes for compliance against the quality requirements working with various cross-functional teams
- Identify processes, situations, etc. (where the company is meeting requirements as well as identify opportunities for improvement)
- Assist the audit team in developing audit reports, and present audit reports to the Quality Manager
- Assist with follow–up audits, as required
- Periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools (eg scales, callipers)
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Internal Quality Auditing ISO (control plans, charts, diagrams) experience in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve and analyze complex problems and provide internal solutions
- Demonstrated experience with writing reports using MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Exceptional listening, communication and presentation skills are required
- Must be able to interact with cross-functional teams and at all levels of an organization
- Must be able to work independently as will function as a diverse team
