Job Description

Overview of Position:

Reporting to the President you will bring a passion for sales and recruiting with a commitment to customer service coupled with a strong internal drive, and a result orientated personality. Your dual responsibilities will give you the opportunity to cultivate business, build relationships with clients and recruit to fill their needs. Your success is limited only to your effort and your desire.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and enhance business relationships with clients and candidates, working closely with the internal team on existing business and best practices to obtain new clients and candidates
  • Develop and grow a client base to secure the receipt of new orders on a continual basis
  • Negotiating client contracts and candidate offer letters
  • Qualify orders and discuss with HRA team to maximize efficiency of internal resources
  • Work with HRA Manager to recruit candidates for orders received and assigned
  • Build a diverse technical pipeline of qualified candidates and maintaining relationships with those candidates
  • Represent MEDA with professionalism and integrity, doing business the right way without compromising the MEDA core values at all times
  • Additional Human Resource activities include; conducting references, presenting offers, and completing orientations of new hires

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (account management and recruiting)
  • Manufacturing industry experience in sales and recruiting preferred
  • Demonstrated strong relationship building and outside sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and negotiating skills are required
  • Able to manage and prioritize your workload
  • Able to work independently as well in a team-based environment to accomplish company goals
  • Computer proficient in MS Office, Internet and Applicant Tracking Systems (PC Recruiter preferred)
  • Must be able to travel internationally
  • Able to work flexible hours when required in order to meet clients and candidate schedules
