We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master - Seniorto join our team supporting our client in the Automotive Industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enabler for the effective functioning of an application development team using Agile Methodology
Custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended
Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand
Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity
Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the Product Owner is updated about the team's progress
Work with the Agile Coaches to develop, implement and manage team metrics, evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams for improvements
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in Computer Engineering, or another related degree
5+ years' agile experience including practical experience in the Scrum Master role within an Agile team
Experienced in the scaled agile framework, specifically the SAFe version
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts (especially Scrum, Kanban)
General knowledge of scaled agile (SAFe, LeSS)
Working knowledge of Agile tools
Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team-building skills.
Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity, preferable working experience, with process improvement and related industry standard process framework models (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
Record of successful and measurable process/performance improvement initiatives
Experience with IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC)
