Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team supporting our client in the Automotive Industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers
  • Maintain accurate records and control reports
  • Prepare accounts payable register and related reports

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-3 years’ experience Global Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude

Note: This Role is currently virtual/remote work until further notice; however candidates must be available to be onsite at our client’s facility in Auburn Hills, MI when a return to work plan is approved.
