Job Description

On behalf of our World Class Manufacturing client we are currently recruiting for an experienced Centralization Analyst to join their team.


  • Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training
  • Process HR transaction requests from facilities around the U.S. and Canada into the HR system
  • Ensure each request is complete and is compliant with the organizations SOX guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft and COGNOS or other reporting tools
  • Must have a strong disposition toward customer service and proven aptitude for computer based leave transaction processing
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, planning and problem solving skills
  • Strong follow-up, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Knowledge of FMLA regulations and requirements is highly desired
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally and within HR
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office products
