Job Description

On behalf of our World Class Manufacturing client we are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant.


  • Typing letters, memos, reports, answering phones, and filing
  • Perform secretarial and administrative duties for an attorney
  • Supporting the Corporate Affairs and Real Estate Group
  • Prior administrative assistant experience
  • Advanced level of computer skills with G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to interface with all levels of personnel, including executive level
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Legal administrative assistant experience working in either a legal department or law firm managing
  • Contract life cycles
  • Assisting in the drafting of legal documents, and correspondence
  • Processing and tracking invoices
  • Ordering office supplies and mail distribution
