Job Description

On behalf of our World Class Manufacturing client we are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Data Analyst to join their team.

  • Support Quality Engineering for data analysis
  • Maintain Quality internal document databases to store and retrieve data
  • Perform data collection and stratification from all internal and external sources
  • Use Microsoft Office software to create reports, templates and PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist Management to write procedures, meeting preparation and presentations
  • Support Quality Projects utilizing World Class Manufacturing methodology
  • Bachelor Degree required: Business Administration, Management, Engineering, CIS or a computer-related field
  • 3-4 years previous experience working with Engineering Processes
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and data mining with advanced skills in Google Suites and MS Office working with formulas and database design
  • Tracking project timelines associated with the enhancement of various systems and reporting tools as well as elicit systems and reporting requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, data analysis and task/workflow analysis; including JD Powers and Consumer reports
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements; analyze and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions
  • Must be strategic, ability to analyze, interpret and summarize data from various sources (both internal and external)
  • Experience in Engineering or Technical Services environment within the Automotive Industry preferred
  • Strong project management skills with effective results focus within an information systems
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Able to lead projects
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with 3rd Party Customer and subject matter experts.
  • May be required to drive a company vehicle - valid drivers license & clean driving record required
  • May be required to travel - domestic & International (0-20%)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
