Job Description

On behalf of our World Class Manufacturing client we are currently recruiting for an experienced Dealer Agreement Coordinator to join their team.


  • Data entry-level position responsible for assisting regional managers, assigned to multiple business centers, with the implementation and management of the domestic Dealer Network
  • Operate as the liaison between business centers and headquarters to ensure network activity packages are prepared accurately prior to regional manager approval
  • Assist in network tracking, as well as support multiple reporting functions as they relate to the domestic dealer network
  • Various special assignments will also be expected if needed


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal skills. Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented with a strong sense of business acumen
  • Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to relocate in the future
  • Expected to be in this role for 1 to 3 years then relocate into the Field Sales Organization, which could be located in various locations throughout the US


  • At least 3+ months experience working in an automotive environment
  • Possess capability to understand and analyze legal document
  • Retail dealership experience
